PayPerPost - It is what it sounds like.
Written By: Joseph Gillespie

Ok, so your writing on your blog everyday, talking about the latest and greatest stuff, and having a good time. Great. Then the hosting costs start to add up, and you need to make some money off of your blog. So you put some ads on it. The ads get a few clicks here and there, but 4-10 cents a month ins't changing anything. Well, you've come to the right article then, because I'm about to tell you about PayPerPost's blog advertising.

PayPerPost is relatively new on the scene, but they have a simple business model. You write about certain advertisers, and they pay you. And, in dollars, not cents. The average payout for each post is around $5 at the current time, with some as high as $35. eKibitz uses PayPerPost for some of our articles (so, as you can see, they aren't very invasive) and have actually been paid by PayPerPost, so as far as we're concerned it's not a scam.

Some people have complained that PayPerPost encourages a degradation of the internet, as it encourages bloggers to post poor articles all about certain advertisers. But, at eKibitz we don't believe this to be true at all. A number of our very own articles are PayPerPost articles, and they are no lesser quality then everything else. We take the time to make every article on this site the best we can, and PayPerPost in no way hinders our ability to do that.

With much higher payouts than most ads, at least initially, PayPerPost has helped eKibitz stay alive through the tough startup period. So, in closing, if you run a blog and you're looking for some extra income that's solid and worth the effort, checkout PayPerPost. And allow me to reiterate, eKibitz has received payment from PayPerPost, it is not a scam.
